Did Kanye West Go too Far With His Jesus Skit? (video)

Just when you thought Kanye West couldn't get any more controversial, he pushes the limits even more. Yeezy is known for ruffling a few feathers, and turning a few heads. I'm not sure much of anything would be a surprise from him artistically at this point.  This past weekend in Seattle though, he had a really interesting moment on stage.

As Kanye stood on the stage surrounded by smoke and dim lighting there suddenly arose a figure that was all so familiar to most of the crowd. A man dressed as Jesus came out briefly to speak to Kanye just before the beat dropped to his hit record, Jesus Walks. The moment was brief, but it obviously struck many chords with a lot of people.

In the below video, you can even hear people in the crowd reacting to the skit as the it plays.People on Twitter and Facebook took time from their Sundays to rant a little about it as well. Some felt it was offensive, others are simply over Kanye's desire to "play with spirituality". This is a guy who will always stir the pot a bit, but for some he may have crossed the line.
