There have been whispers among some of the Navy that I follow on twitter that Rihanna recently added to her tattoo collection making this number 19. The pop princess was seen exiting a tattoo parlor a few days ago leaving her fans wondering what she got this time.

Rih was also spotted twice this weekend in the same (but different color) American Apparel Bustier Jersey Dress showing off her "just enough" curves and forever and ever amen legs. She's just beautiful to look at. Rihanna stepped out to club last night with Chris Brown wearing the HOT red one, and arrived to shoot her video for new single, Stay in the black.
