Dolphins' Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson is usually in the news for good things. Generous and random acts of kindness, expressing his love for his wife BBW star Evelyn, being on some major football team...amongst other reasons. Well, tonight isn't one of those occasions.

Unfortunately earlier this evening, Chad was arrested on Domestic Violence. Apparantly, he and new wife Evelyn were in an argument in their car. Reports are contradicting as to the clear facts of the case. Some sources are reporting one thing and others are reporting another.
The gist is, the couple who were married just a couple of months ago were fighting allegedly over a receipt for condoms being found in their car. It is not yet clear whether Evelyn or Chad found the receipt, but sources all report the receipt as the point of conflict for the initial altercation.
A spokesperson for the Miami Dolphins' - the NFL team Chad plays for has released this statement verifying that something did happen:
"We are aware of the situation and are in the process of gathering all of the relevant information."
Allegedly when cops arrived at the scene, Evelyn was bruised up a bit and Chad had reportedly "head bunted" his wife. Naturally since there are so many stories circulating, I wouldnt jump to any conclusions about ANY of this information. This society is so anxious to judge what we really know nothing about. Just let it simmer and let these two figure it out. Wish them the best.
The couple just wrapped shooting on the highly anticipated first season of their reality show on VH1.. not much is known about how this will if at all effect the show set to premiere in September.
