Singer/Performer Usher linked up with world renowned DJ/Producer David Guetta to hit fans with a song they couldnt help but dance to. The two rulers of the dance floor got together a bit ago to shoot the video for "Without You" with the concept of making the world into one big party! If anybody could do it.. its these two.
